An exciting new project!
This beautiful home built in 1909 by the owner of an architectural terra-cotta company. Much of the exterior decoration is actually glazed terra-cotta -- the corner pilasters, the window sills and the columns supporting the side porch roof. Not only that, but the complete house is constructed of terra-cotta block and steel. Now, try running new electrics and plumbing or even hanging a mirror!!!!
